Managing time sheets, bonuses, and incentive programs
Designing and administering benefits packages, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and vacation policies.
Managing and updating organizational chart
Resolving arguments over salaries and incentives
Ensuring employee satisfaction 
Organizing team-building activities, corporate social responsibility initiatives
Ensuring the company adheres to labor laws
Handling disciplinary actions with staff (warning letters/repercussion action)
Handling contracts, intellectual property agreements, and other legal matters related to employment
 

Proven work experience as an HR administrative assistant or HR administratorHand on experience with HR software, like HRIS or HRMSPC literacy and experience with MS Office applicationsKnowledge of labor legislationExcellent organizational and time-management skillsTeamwork skillsBS degree in Human Resources or relevant field
