Job Description:
Execution of action plans regarding the determined Human Resources strategies for the region within the area of responsibility,
Managing all Human Resources (Recruitment, Assessment, Onboarding, Payroll & Personnel, Career Planning, Promotion, Disciplinary Processes, Performance Evaluation, etc.) processes of the stores in the area of responsibility,
Planning and executing recruitment processes in line with recruitment needs analysis,
Leading efforts to increase employee loyalty and engagement,
Taking an active role in Global Human Resources projects,
Managing processes of reporting processes prepared regularly,
Supervise and closely follow on creation and archiving of personnel files thoroughly per standards specified by HR, Solution Center Function and country legislations,
Responsible for policy development and management of all payroll-related functions to ensure proper set-up, processing, and generation of the company payroll,
To follow up on employees’ leavening, recording leaving reasons on the system and ensure compliance with legal regulations and company procedures,
Identify business needs and align business strategies with company HR strategies,
Providing an effective way of communication between the Human Resources Department with other departments,
Monitor all personnel movements (recruitment, transfer, promotion, rotation, termination, etc.) and communicate them with related parties.
