A fast growing company in the line of production and sales od dairy products is looking for a Quality Director 

Monitoring and inspecting the product in all stages , comparing properties to requirements. Overseeing Quality of all product development procedures to identify deviations and ensure quality standards.

Job Responsibilities Related to Quality Assurance:

• Ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures related to receiving, storage, and shipping.
• Daily communication with quality controllers to review product specifications and analysis results.
• Ensuring product specifications meet consumer needs.
• Following up on manufacturing process documents and retaining them for review.
• Responsible for tracking and recall programs.
• Handling and verifying customer complaints.
• Responsible for proper internal inspections in all departments.
• Ensuring compliance with legislation and regulations.
• Following up on non-conformance procedures and controlling corrective and preventive actions.

Job Responsibilities Related to Quality Control:

• Monitoring production lines and stages from receiving raw materials to shipping the final product.
• Observing the performance of machines and equipment, and sending reports on their general condition.
• Collecting quality samples according to the sampling protocol.
• Recording in the required logs and documents.
• Entering data into the computer in the quality departments.
• Communicating with other departments to focus on problem-solving.
