Responsibilities:• Serve as the primary point of contact for all matters specific to assigned accounts.• Build and maintain strong, enduring relationships with corporate customers.• Oversee the management of corporate customer accounts.• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our products in alignment with customer needs and objectives.• Develop new business opportunities with existing clients.• Communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives clearly to internal stakeholders.• Prepare detailed reports on account status.Qualifications:• BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field.• Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or in a relevant role.• 2-3 years of experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple account management projects simultaneously, with strong attention to detail.• Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.To
