Receptionist

  • Welcoming visitors and employees properly, informing the relevant person/department, directing visitors to the required locations, and ensuring they reach the concerned individual.
  • Ensuring the registration of visitor and client data, the reason for the visit, and the date upon entry.
  • Receiving and recording messages in case the manager/employee to be notified is unavailable or delivering the message left for their secretary.
  • Dealing with visitor issues appropriately and calming them.
  • Maintaining a good general appearance of the reception area and informing the relevant departments if any cleaning or maintenance work is needed, etc.
  • Effectively coordinating meeting room bookings.
  • Performing any other tasks that may be required within the scope of the core responsibilities of the job
