Media Buyer Manager

  • Develop and implement comprehensive media buying strategies across various digital channels, including Google & Youtube, Facebook & Instagram, X, TikTok, Snapchat, Linkedin,  and programmatic platforms.
  • Manage and optimize media budgets to maximize return on investment (ROI) and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Lead the media buying team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure effective campaign management and delivery.
  • Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop compelling ad content and landing pages.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to generate insights and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Negotiate rates and contracts with media vendors and platforms to ensure cost efficiency.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and changes in digital advertising and media buying technologies.
  • Prepare and present detailed performance reports and insights to clients and senior management.
  • Identify new opportunities for campaign optimization and expansion.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital media buying, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.Excellent analytical skills with experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Analytics, and data visualization platforms.Proven ability to manage large media budgets and achieve campaign goals.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
