- To follow and execute production plan received from planning & check SOP for the product
- To execute all production activates involved to produce quality film.
- To execute all activates involved in recycling system
- To attend the faults encountered during process for production as well as quality of film
- Coordination with maintenance department during break down as well as to intimate if any abnormality found during running process and planning for preventive shut downs.
- Coordination with quality control for quality of continuous running product as per the specification as well as follow up of history of earlier produced material
- Coordination with slitting and metalizing for various affairs related to production
- To procure raw material and consumables required from stores
- Data entry in ERP and monitoring/generation of various reports required to track production performance
- Responsible for complete housekeeping of plant to maintain required Hygiene level as we are producing food grade product.
- To follow safe operation practices to ensure safe operation of machines as well as considering safety of people involved in operation.
- Handle customer complaint related to production.
- To follow and execute the various instructions given by the superiors based on time to time requirement related to operations
B.Sc.in Faculty of Engineering.Minimum of 2 years’ experience in plant production engineering required.Technical and Behavioral SkillsBeing highly technical and thorough.Being professional and proficient.Using the computer and its applications (Microsoft office).Making smart decisions.Resolving problems in an efficient manner.Managing stressful situations and projects.Collaborating in team activities.
