Sales Manager

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and expand the company's client base.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team to ensure they meet and exceed performance goals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and industry events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and offering tailored digital marketing solutions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop effective sales materials and presentations.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with potential clients.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and ensure a consistent flow of new business opportunities.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and generate leads.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, preferably in digital marketing or a related industry.Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.Strong understanding of digital marketing services, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and analytics.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.Strong leadership skills with experience managing and motivating a sales team.Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
