- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their design preferences and requirements.
- Develop interior design concepts, focusing on FF&E elements that enhance the functionality and aesthetics of spaces for residential and commercial projects.
- Create detailed design plans, including layouts, color schemes, and furniture arrangements.
- Prepare and manage project documentation, including mood boards, samples, and specifications.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, materials, and technologies.
- Collaborate with the FF&E Manager to ensure design selections align with budget, timelines, and project requirements.
- Prepare detailed design presentations, drawings, and FF&E schedules for stakeholders’ approval.
- Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure selected FF&E items meet the required specifications.
- Provide on-site supervision during the installation of FF&E elements.
Bachelor’s degree in interior design or a related field.A minimum of 3 years of experience in interior design, with a focus on residential or commercial projects.Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.Strong communication, creativity, and project management skills.
