- Plan , execute and over see inspection and testing of incoming and outgoing product to confirm quality conformance to specification , quality deliverables and suppliers requirements .
- Assist operation and quality functions in tracking , documenting and reporting quality levels.
- Analyze and investigate products complaints or deviation and reported quality issues to ensure closure in accordance with company , partners and external regulatory requirements .
- Develop and update company complaints and investigation procedures to ensure capture and investigation , as well as proper documentation of complaints .
Bachelor’s degree in veterinary medicine.Certification in QA field is preferred.2-4 Years Experience in quality.High computer competence, including experience with Microsoft Office packageKnowledge of QA terms, tools, and methodologiesVery good command of both written and Spoken English.
