Administrative Roles:

· Office Managers

· Customer Service Representatives

Responsibilities Include:

· Developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.

· Collaborating with parents, teachers, and professionals to achieve treatment goals.

· Monitoring progress and adjusting plans as needed.

· Providing crisis intervention and support when necessary.

· Maintaining accurate child records and documentation.

· Regular communication with parents via our software systems.

· Updating staff and applicant information databases regularly.
