Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Sound and Light Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, setup, operation, and maintenance of audio and lighting equipment for various events, including concerts, theater productions, corporate events, and more. This role requires technical expertise, creativity, and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members to create high-quality audio-visual experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Equipment Setup and Operation:
  • Set up, test, and operate sound and lighting equipment for events.
  • Adjust sound levels and lighting during performances to ensure optimal quality.
• Design and Planning:
  • Collaborate with event organizers and production teams to design audio and lighting plans that meet the needs of each event.
  • Create and manage technical riders, ensuring all necessary equipment is available and functional.
• Maintenance and Troubleshooting:
  • Conduct regular maintenance on audio and lighting equipment to ensure reliability and performance.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues quickly and efficiently during events.
• Collaboration:
  • Work closely with directors, performers, and other technicians to achieve desired artistic outcomes.
  • Participate in production meetings to discuss technical requirements and provide input on design concepts.
• Health and Safety:
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols during setup, operation, and teardown of equipment.
  • Ensure proper handling and storage of all technical equipment.
• Knowledge in the below devices operation and maintenance is highly recommended:
  • Operation of Moving Head – wash LED – Blender LED – City Color LED - RGB LED Bar and their programing with mixer light.
  • Operation of Hand Mic – Wireless Mic – Headset – Condenser Mic and can operate all mics at the same time if we have choir.
  • Operate Sound and Light Equipment at the same time.
  • Operation of hydraulic theater digital curtains
  • Operation of digital wireless projector. 
• Operation of all sound mixers especially digital ones and operation of sound mixers as well.
