About the position:
- Our team is rapidly growing and we are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join our team, manage our recruitment, maintain our culture and manage internal operations.
- You will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding and fulfilling our team members.
- You will have the opportunity to build relations and trust within the team.
Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, recruit, headhunt & interview candidates
- Post job ads, organize resumes and job applications
- Schedule interviews and assist in the interview process
- Onboard new team members
- Manage social insurance filing
- Create job vacancies and manage hiring needs
- Handle internal announcements & communications (Celebrations, Birthdays, Meetup, etc)
- Organize training, team-building events, and activities for the team
- Source vendors and write project briefs
- Manage the company's medical insurance plan
- Handle phone inquiries
- Help in structuring and documenting internal processes
- Manage office supplies
- Manage company expenses using the online software tool
