GM Assistant

  • Organize and schedule appointments.
  • Plan meetings and take detailed minutes.
  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Develop and maintain a filing system.
  • Provide general support to visitors.
  • Act as the point of contact with internal managers and executives. 
  • Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers.
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and supplier
  • Collect, verify accuracy, and sort information according to its priority. 
  • Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output.
  • Comply with data integrity and security policies.
  • Preparing daily and weekly reports according to work rules and introduction them to the general manager.

Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.2-4 years of experience in same position in relevant field.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint).Excellent command of English and Chinese is a must.Maximum age is 35
