- Organize and schedule appointments.
- Plan meetings and take detailed minutes.
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Develop and maintain a filing system.
- Provide general support to visitors.
- Act as the point of contact with internal managers and executives.
- Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers.
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
- Order office supplies and research new deals and supplier
- Collect, verify accuracy, and sort information according to its priority.
- Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output.
- Comply with data integrity and security policies.
- Preparing daily and weekly reports according to work rules and introduction them to the general manager.
Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.2-4 years of experience in same position in relevant field.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint).Excellent command of English and Chinese is a must.Maximum age is 35
