- Supervise & implement the branch's action plans.
- Receive branch clients, define required services, and issue work orders.
- Responsible for orienting all walk through clients with all Nacita Auto care services and products.
- Manage branch warehouse and sellable products along with any spare parts releases.
- Responsible for maintaining Nacita Auto Care's brand image and positioning.
- Provide regional manager and other different department with daily\weekly reports on branch needs, sales, personnel issues, Customer on-site problem solving ….etc.
- Follow-up on branche’s machines & equipment maintenance.
- Responsible for heavy & light equipment, electrical, furniture ..etc maintenance requests or repairs that are done internally or externally or even by the branch itself.
- Responsible for increasing sales volume within the assigned branch.
- Manage branch clients payments, visa reports, online purchases and inventory.
- Manages Branch’s daily expenses.
- Manages balanced sales by targeted categories (services - products).
- Manages Branch inventory, treasury daily operations and management.
Education: Bachelor's Degree, in mechanical engineering or related field is preferredYears of Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years work experience, preferably related to the automotive field.Minimum of 2 year of experience in a managerial position.Proven experience in the field of sales is preferred.Proven experience in managing people & increasing efficiency and productivity.CertificatesAutomotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification is preferred.Certified Automotive Service Technician (CAST) is preferred.
