Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Design and Delivery of Training Programs:
- Develop tailored training modules on customer service, teamwork, selling techniques, and employee motivation.
- Organize workshops, seminars, and hands-on training sessions across all stores.
- Employee Skill Development:
- Assess the training needs of employees at all levels.
- Create development plans and programs that focus on interpersonal skills, problem-solving, and professional growth.
- Evaluation and Feedback:
- Monitor the effectiveness of training programs by collecting feedback from trainees and store managers.
- Use feedback to make continuous improvements in content and delivery methods.
- Team Collaboration and Support:
- Collaborate with store managers to ensure that training initiatives align with operational needs.
- Assist employees with personal development and growth, focusing on working under pressure and in tough selling conditions.
- Remote Onboarding and Virtual Collaboration:
- Develop virtual training materials and lead remote onboarding sessions for new hires.
- Ensure that online training is engaging, effective, and accessible to all employees.
- Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR):
- Incorporate CSR initiatives into training programs, ensuring employees are aligned with Circle K's values on community and sustainability.
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.Experience:5-7 years of experience in training and development, preferably in retail or customer service-oriented industries.Experience in creating and delivering interpersonal skills training and motivation programs.Industry Exposure:Prior experience working in retail, FMCG, or hospitality industries is a plus.
