What You Will Do

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates.
  • Candidate Assessment: Ensure candidates are qualified and align with our culture, focusing on both aptitude and attitude.
  • Team Collaboration: Understand team goals and requirements, collaborating with other departments to find the best fit.
  • Job Advertisements: Create and post job ads, distributing them on social media platforms and job portals.
  • Event Organization: Organize recruitment fairs and other events to attract potential candidates.
  • Global Interaction: Interact with global team members to build efficient and scalable recruiting processes.
  • Scheduling: Coordinate phone interviews, candidate tests, and prepare feedback report for applicants.

Candidate Requirements:Education: A Bachelor's degree.Experience: At least two years of recruitment and operational management experience.Startup Savvy: Willingness to navigate the ins and outs of a startup environment.Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with local employment and business regulations.Interpersonal Skills: A positive attitude and professional demeanor.Global Team Player: Ease of working with a global team.Self-Starter: Proactive with a willingness to learn new things.Organized: Excellent time management and organizational skills.
