Talent Sourcing and Recruitment:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Utilize various sourcing methods including online job boards, social media platforms, networking, and direct sourcing to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates
- Review resumes and applications, conduct initial screening interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and facilitate the selection process
Collaboration and Relationship Building:
- Act as a point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely and professional communication
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing a high level of customer service and addressing candidate inquiries and concerns
- Seek feedback from candidates and hiring managers to identify areas for improvement in the recruitment process
