• Greet and assist visitors, directing them as needed and informing staff of their arrival.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk with essential supplies (pens, forms, paper, etc.).
• Manage visitor permissions by coordinating with the security team.
• Check-in visitors, issue badges, and notify relevant employees.
• Keep a visitor log for security and tracking.
• Handle incoming mail and packages by sorting and distributing them.
• Assist candidates with form completion and provide necessary information or support.
• Assist with printing forms and needed documents.
• Handle meeting room reservations and ensure proper setup and coordination.
• Proven experience as a Front Desk or Office Admin Assistant • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and Email, in particular) • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and handling skills • Excellent speaking and written English communication skills • Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
