- Analyze and design workflows and processes to improve efficiency.
- Conduct time and motion studies to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements.
- Utilize statistical methods to analyze data and support decision-making.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to process changes and improvements.
- Identify and manage projects aimed at enhancing productivity and reducing costs.
- Implement quality control systems and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Train and mentor staff on process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on progress towards goals.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.From 5-10 years of experience in industrial engineering or process improvement roles.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, simulation tools).Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
