Create and update organizational charts and headcount reports monthly;
Design and implement competency models empowering competency driven
planning, selection, performance management and policy making;
Develop and update job descriptions through job analysis to help
articulate the most important job duties needed from an employee;
Develop company policies and procedures;
Follow up on performance improvement plans for employees with
unsatisfactory performance;
Manage employee satisfaction surveying process, analyzing results
and building up engagement plans;
Design and conduct learning and development plans in line with
assigned budget;
Ensure the alignment of strategic objectives with day-to-day
activities;
Develop mentoring and coaching sessions;
Design employee promotion policies and build succession plans as
well as career-pathing options;
Design and implement competency and result-based performance
evaluation tools.
Organize performance review sessions;
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required.5-7 years’ experience working in a relevant field.Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office.Excellent command of English Language.Professional in English & Arabic correspondence.Keen eye for details and aptitude for working with data.Highly accurate and thorough in all tasks.Exceptional organizational and presentation skills.Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks.Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mind.Proven experience as a collaborative team player.Able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.An ability to work under tight deadlines
