PetroApp is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Group Partnership Manager to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for identifying, establishing, and managing strategic partnerships that align with our business objectives and drive growth.
The Group Partnership Manager will work collaboratively with various internal teams and external partners to create valuable collaborations, negotiate agreements, and ensure successful partnership execution. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement promotional strategies that align with company goals
- Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with key stakeholders and brands to enhance promotional offerings
- Create and maintain relationships with partners, ensuring mutual benefits and alignment with brand objectives
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design co-branded campaigns and promotional materials
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of partnership initiatives, adjusting strategies as necessary
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in promotions, partnerships, or business development roles
- Proven track record of successfully negotiating and managing strategic partnerships
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong presentation capabilities
- Analytical mindset, able to assess partnership performance metrics effectively
- Proficiency in project management and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in the SaaS, Technology industry, E-commerce, Fintech, Edu-tech, Banking is a plus
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an asset
- Candidates with the following certifications will be given preference:
- Certified Partnership Manager (CPM) - Demonstrates expertise in partnership management principles
- Marketing Certification - Validates knowledge in marketing strategies that can enhance promotional efforts
- Project Management Certification (PMP) - Shows proficiency in managing projects effectively, ensuring timely delivery of partnership initiatives
