An international school is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 7 to 10 years of experience specifically in international schools and possess a strong understanding of the unique HR needs in this sector.
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Foster a positive workplace culture and support employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7 to 10 years of HR experience in international schools.
