:Job Description ( Home Appliances Experiences)

Manage and lead the quality operations and activities to ensure a high level of quality of raw material, assemblyand delivery of home appliances.
Handling customer complaints: analysis & diagnosis of the defects root causes, definition of the corrective actions and preventive action of the problems to be solved.
Eliminate the waste, improve the process and product specification to meet our customer needs
Maintain the quality management system and follow up it to comply with ISO 9001:2015

:Requirements

Experience in home appliances factories at least 3–5 years with good teamwork skills
The capacity to plan effectively and prioritize tasks
Superb technical knowledge
Good command of English and excellent commercial awareness
