Customer Experience Agent

  • Communicate with customers though any social media channel including chat, email, Facebook, Instagram and what’s app.
  • Responsible for answering all customers’ inquiries by clarifying desired information and provide the support needed.
  • Seize the opportunity to up-sell and/or cross sell accounts; explaining new features.
  • Logs the active sheet and submitting it to department manager
  • Handle complains, work on solving them and lower escalation record.
  • Upload orders on Odoo system in order to activate the order.
  • Manage and keep track of failed, canceled and pending calls and tacking corrective actions for improvement.
  • Support in talking in inbound and outbound calls during rush hours
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
  • Build sustainable relationship and engage customers by taking the extra mile to insure overall customer satisfaction.
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.

Bachelor Degree Excellent in English written and spoken
