Role Description

This is a full-time Pre-Sales Engineer-Light Current Systems role based in Cairo, Egypt. The Pre-Sales Engineer will be responsible for tasks such as sales engineering, technical support, effective communication with clients, sales activities, and ensuring excellent customer service on-site.


Qualifications

  • Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills
  • Strong Communication skills
  • 3-5 years of experience in pre-sales of the field of light current.
  • Sufficient Experience in (CCTV – Access Control – Intrusion systems – Bollard, Road Blockers, Security Gates & Parking solutions – Scanning & Screening devices).
  • Engaging with customers and partners, capturing requirements, site surveys, and proposing technical solutions and technologies/products.
  • Designs Enterprise information security solutions using STS physical security product portfolio.
  • Involve in customer meetings to describe/discuss the proposed solution and highlight advantages over competitors.
  • Prepares technical write-up and high-level design that describes the proposed solution.
  • Ability to expand his knowledge base and make an extra effort at the company projects level.
  • Good English command.
  • Flexibility with work conditions and emergency cases.
  • Experience in IT and network solutions is a privilege.
  • Knowledge of MS Office and AutoCAD
  • Sales and Customer Service abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant technical field
