Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior architects to develop architectural designs that meet client requirements, project budgets, and relevant building codes.


• Prepare and refine design documents, including sketches, floor plans, sections, elevations, and 3D models.


• Perform space planning and ensure efficient functional layouts for various projects.


• Research latest architecture trends and technologies


• Provide innovative solutions to complex architecture designs


• Develop detailed construction documents, including architectural drawings, specifications, and technical schedules.


• Research and select appropriate building materials and finishes, considering aesthetics, budget, and sustainability.


• Collaborate with other disciplines (structural engineers, MEP engineers) to ensure technical coordination and design integration.


• Ensure applicability of designs and designs abide to relevant codes and regulations.


• Effectively communicate design ideas and concepts to clients, stakeholders, and consultants, adapting presentations to different audiences.


• Incorporate client feedback and address design concerns during the design development process.


• Prepare professional presentations and visual aids to showcase design proposals.


• Assist with project management tasks, including schedule tracking, material sourcing, and cost estimation.


• Maintain project documentation and ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members.


• Attending client meetings and site visits as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or a related field.

• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in architectural design, preferably with experience in the commercial or residential sector.

• Strong proficiency in architectural design & rendering software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds max, VRay, Corona, Rhino, etc.).

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a challenging environment.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality design and construction documents.

• Knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and materials.

• Passion for sustainability and environmentally responsible design principles.

• Fluent English
