Key Responsibilities:

• Consultation & Matching: Engage with prospective tenants to understand their needs and budgets, expertly matching them with suitable available properties.
• Lease Negotiation: Draft, negotiate, and execute lease agreements, ensuring all terms are clearly defined and mutually agreed upon.
• Site-Specific Guidance: Collaborate closely with property managers and stakeholders to address site-specific leasing challenges and provide effective solutions.
• Tenant Screening: Conduct thorough background and reference checks to ensure the suitability of potential tenants.
• Lease Preparation: Prepare leases for review and secure necessary approvals and signatures from management and tenants.
• Smooth Transitions: Coordinate move-in dates and processes, ensuring a seamless transition for new tenants.
• Occupancy Maximization: Create and maintain waiting lists to optimize occupancy rates.
• Marketing Collaboration: Implement marketing strategies alongside the Marketing Department to attract a diverse pool of prospective tenants.
• Tenant Relations: Proactively engage with tenants to address concerns, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering positive relationships.

Qualifications:

• 3 to 5years of leasing experience, preferably within the shopping mall or retail industry.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills to effectively interact with tenants and stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to build rapport and address tenant needs.
• Detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
