We are seeking an experienced Rigger to join our Ericsson team in Egypt. With a strong background in rigging and hands-on experience with Ericsson products and related fields.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform rigging tasks for the installation of telecommunications equipment, including antennas and towers.
• Collaborate with engineering and installation teams to ensure proper installation and safety compliance.
• Conduct site assessments to determine rigging requirements and prepare the necessary equipment.
• Maintain and inspect rigging equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Follow Ericsson’s best practices and safety protocols during all rigging operations.
• Provide training and support to junior riggers and team members as needed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to rigging and installation.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Rigger, preferably within the telecommunications industry.
• Strong knowledge of Ericsson products and systems.
• Familiarity with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Relevant certifications in rigging or telecommunications are a plus.
