- Identify and explore new sales opportunities with existing and potential customers.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations demonstrating products and services to clients.
- Develop long-term relationships with clients through managing and interpreting their requirements and providing support, information, and guidance.
- Understand client requirements and recommend the right product from our product portfolio.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge of the company’s products and services, competition, pricing, market share and key product differentiation.
- Effectively communicate client needs to the R&D teams for future product enhancements
- Collect and document competitive intelligence
- Create and deliver powerful presentations and demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition
- Negotiate offers / payment terms / financial solutions and conditions with clients.
- Achieving sales targets set by the Sales Manager.
- Ensure that all contracts related to sales are aligned within the company's policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Maintain sales and customers records complete and updated.
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events.
- Prepare sales, clients and visit reports on a regular basis.
- Provide support to all company departments concerning his/her clients if and when required, such as Installation, Maintenance, Collection departments.
