Job Summary:
- Help develop and implement effective brand-building strategies, brainstorm ideas to meet sales and marketing objectives, execute plans and report on campaign results.
Responsibilities:
- Research markets and studies the company’s brand
- Present and execute creative ideas for marketing activities
- Help develop and optimize marketing campaigns (product launching and promotion)
- Coordinate between sales, marketing, communication, and other teams
- Prepare analysis for industry, competition and market trends for right branding purpose
- Prepare reports on brand performance, competitors understanding, and sales interaction figures
- Maintain ongoing marketing and consumer research.
- Deal with the agencies on all 360 communication.
- Prepare reports and presentations on brand performance and sales.
Job RequirementsBSc/BA in Marketing, Communication, Business or related field university degree.1:2 years’ experience in brand management. Preferred within the FMCG industry.High active learning & learning skills.Good knowledge of design techniques & tools.High social perceptiveness skills.Communicate effectively in different ways on different levels.Fluency of ideas.
