We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven B2C telesales professional to join our STEM Academy sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cold calling prospective students and their parents to enlighten them about our STEM programs and courses and the advantages of enrolling at our school. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about STEM education and skilled at connecting with prospective students and their families to identify their needs and develop strategies to meet those demands.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential students and parents to promote our STEM programs and courses
- Build relationship with potential students and parents and understand their needs
- Offer solutions that meet student and parent requirements
- Achieve enrollment targets set by the academy
- Maintain accurate records of all enrollment activities and student/parent interactions
- Follow up with students and parents to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional enrollment
- Provide excellent customer service to all students and parents
