Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Business One Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess both functional and technical expertise in SAP Business One, along with a strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business requirements into effective SAP solutions. You will work closely with departments managers and stakeholders to optimize their SAP Business One environments, improve operational efficiencies, and ensure effective system use.

Key Responsibilities:

Functional Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements and processes.
• Provide guidance on best practices for utilizing SAP Business One modules (e.g., Financials, Sales, Inventory, Purchasing, Production, etc.).
• Conduct system demonstrations and training sessions for end-users.
• Develop functional specifications and document business processes.
• Engage in project management activities, including planning, execution, and tracking project milestones.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance system performance and user experience.

Technical Responsibilities:

• Configure SAP Business One to meet business requirements, ensuring optimal system setup and customization.
• Manage data migration and system integration tasks, including the use of tools such as DTW (Data Transfer Workbench).
• Perform troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues within the SAP Business One environment.
• Develop and maintain custom reports using Crystal Reports or SAP Business One Query Manager.
• Collaborate with development teams to implement custom add-ons and integrations as needed.
• Stay updated on the latest SAP Business One releases and enhancements, including new functionality and technical capabilities.
