Software Sales Account Manager

  • Generate leads by proactively reaching out to potential clients via phone and email to schedule meetings.
  • Generate a sales pipeline and meet or exceed monthly sales targets
  • Cooperate with the Digital Marketing team in creating various online promotions and campaigns to get our company message out.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base.
  • Manage the complete sales process, from generating leads to closing and securing deals.
  • Deliver sales presentations, send proposals and quotations, manage negotiations, and close deals to meet or exceed sales objectives.
  • Demonstrate cooperate products and technologies effectively to audiences of varied technical knowledge.
  • Engage directly with clients to understand their business and technical needs and provide them with the initial solution
  • Proactively address customer concerns to ensure exceptional and positive customer service.
  • Contribute to strategic business development initiatives for short- and long-term growth.
  • Partner with the technical team to deliver technical architecture, solution, sizing, and full customer requirements to ensure smooth and successful project implementation
  • Follow up with customers during the project implementation to ensure their satisfaction

Proven track record of exceeding sales targetsHaving a customer database is highly preferred!Proven experience in software solutions sellingStrong negotiation and problem-solving skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to build and maintain client relationshipsMinimum of 3 years of experience in training or ICT services sales is requiredIn-depth understanding of sales in B2B context is a plusKnowledge of information technology and network securityProficient in English, both verbal and writtenBachelor's degree in a related fieldAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlines while handling multi-tasks at a time
