- Site supervision and management
- Coordinate with Project Manager to determine and define scope of work and deliverables
- Coordinate site tasks and delegate responsibilities for all projects
- Oversee site tasks to ensure high quality of work
- Manage tasks to ensure project schedules/deadlines are met
- Coordinate work with subcontractors, vendors, technicians, etc.
- Identify and solve construction issues on site
- Tracking the performance of the bids through cost control KPIs
- Sourcing contractors and developing professional working relationships with them.
Bachelor's degree in Arch. engineering or similarMore than 5 years' experience in managing construction projects with a focus on administrative buildings and malls finishing worksAbility to read and understand construction drawings, details, and shop drawingsProficient with Microsoft Office and other relevant softwareProfessional working with picture for projectsAbility to budget, schedule, negotiate, and control costsStrong leadership and management skills
