1.Social Insurance:
- Handle employees' insurance procedures by delivering insurance checks to Insurance Authority and preparing Forms 1,2 and 6
2. Onboarding and Offboarding:
- Facilitate new hire onboarding, including preparation of orientation materials, paperwork, and system access.
- Handle termination paperwork, and ensure a smooth offboarding process.
3. Employee Records Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records for all employees.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements regarding record retention, confidentiality, and access.
- Manage employee data in HR information systems (HRIS).
- Responsible for reviewing the absence cases & take the required disciplinary action upon company policy
- Responsible for posting the allowances and penalties
4. Benefits Administration:
- Assist employees with questions or issues related to company benefits, including health insurance, and leave policies.
- Ensure compliance with laws
5. Employee Relations:
- Provide advice and support to employees and managers on workplace policies, procedures, and HR matters.
6. Compensation and Payroll Support:
- Provide assistance in salary administration.
- Help ensure payroll changes are processed in a timely manner
- Responsible for preparing the monthly payroll data, including edit the newcomers, the final settlement for resigned employees, any deductions or compensation.
- Prepare monthly payroll & issue pay slips
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Experience: 2-4 years of experience in HR, staffing, or personnel administration.Skills:Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.Proficient in HRIS, Microsoft Office, and other office software.Ability to maintain confidentiality.
