- Develop Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their marketing goals, and identifying how the agency can add value.
- Create and Present Proposals: Work with internal teams to create compelling proposals and pitch presentations tailored to client needs and objectives.
- Lead Generation: Generate qualified leads through networking, cold calling, email marketing, and attending industry events and conferences.
- Market Research: Analyze trends, competitors, and customer behaviors to inform strategic business decisions and uncover opportunities.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with marketing, creative, and account management teams to ensure client projects are aligned with their objectives and executed effectively.

- Sales Reporting: Track and report sales activity, pipeline status, and progress toward revenue targets.
- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry developments and emerging trends in digital marketing, social media, and content marketing to identify new business opportunities.
Experience: 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within a marketing agency or similar environment.Skills:Proven track record in business development or sales.Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Ability to build and maintain client relationships.Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and services (SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, etc.).Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
