* Build, plan, and implement the overall digital marketing strategy for
Vision's brands, which includes developing and implementing an e
commerce growth strategy to improve the website and other e
commerce channels' performance.
* Plan, allocate, and monitor the digital marketing budget and spending
for all channels.
• Manage and oversee various digital marketing channels, and review
and optimize the designs and content of all online assets including the
company website and social media accounts.
• Manage digital marketing channels across PPC, SEO, SEM, display,
affiliates and email marketing, and social media in order to deliver
data-driven strategies that assure top performance and achieve KPIs.
• Build and identify the buyer’s journey funnel from a consumer-centric
perspective that focuses on a buyer’s distinct needs.
• Create a full portfolio strategy and identify the key ROI drivers, then
reflect the created portfolio strategy on Vision’s digital platforms.
• Analyze the results and effectiveness of campaigns to deliver
actionable insights and recommendations.
• Lead and supervise members of both social media and e-commerce
teams.
• Generate monthly reports on the digital marketing portfolio.
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital media, or a relevant field. * Agency experience is a Must. • Minimum of 6+ years’ experience in a fast-paced, e-commercebusiness.• Strong team management, interpersonal, and communication (writtenand verbal) skills.• Strong understanding of how all current digital marketing channelsfunction.• Knowledgeable of the e-commerce space including marketingstrategies, various leading e-commerce website builders (e.g. Shopify,),product development, competitive strategies, consumer research,industry trends, and usability best practices.
