SOP Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Senior SOP Consultant to work remotely for our client. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance organizational efficiency and compliance. You will collaborate with clients to understand their business needs, provide strategic guidance, and deliver tailored solutions.

 The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SOP modeling techniques, project management, and regulatory compliance, ensuring SOPs align with industry standards and client objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Engage with clients to assess their SOP needs and define project scope.

Develop clear, concise, and effective SOPs that align with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Lead the implementation and optimization of SOPs across client organizations.

Provide training and support to ensure employees adhere to SOPs.

Monitor SOP performance and make necessary updates to improve processes.

Utilize SOP management tools and platforms to streamline development and distribution.

Share best practices, deliver SOP-related training programs, and contribute to SOP resource development.

Job Requirements:

 

Experience:

 

5+ years of experience in SOP development, implementation, and optimization.

We have proven track record in business process improvement or consultancy.

Education:

 

Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field.

PMP certification is required; additional management certifications are a plus.

Skills:

 

Strong understanding of SOP modeling techniques and tools.

Experience with regulatory compliance (e.g., ISO, FDA, GMP).

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

Proficiency in using SOP management platforms and tools.
