Administrative Assistant

  • Handle stock record management across all stores.
  • Monitor and track renewal dates for all team's IDs and company official documents.
  • Manage employee attendance/leave permits.
  • Oversee the procurement and management of all office supplies.
  • Supervise the office arrangements to ensure an organized work environment.
  • Manage and maintain stock samples of all items with their labels. 
  • Prepare delegation/handover/delivery notes as needed.
  • Handle clients  phone calls as assigned
  • Do other related tasks as assigned. 

Experience in office administration or a similar role.Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent attention to detail. Good in Microsoft Office.Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good English skillsExcellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.Resident of 6th October or Zayed is preferable
