- Follow-up with order fulfillment, delivery, and warehouse processes in a timely, efficient manner.
- Track all orders via delivery software.
- Maintain inventory levels, stay alert when in need of restocking, and make replenishments on time with manufacturers.
- Document, analyze, and improve demand and supply planning processes.
- Maintain E-Commerce customer relationships by helping to process client quotations and transactions.
- Contribute to the implementation of systems for increasing E-Commerce customer
- retention alongside other Client Services Team members.
- Assist the Marketing and Sales Team with special requests (i.e. expedited orders,
- sample requests, etc.).
- Receive and fulfill orders in a timely, efficient manner
