Human Resources Generalist

 Job Description:

Administer day-to-day HR activities, including employee relations, benefits, and recruitment.
Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Handle employee inquiries and resolve issues related to HR policies, benefits, and employment law.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Assist with payroll processing and Attends .


Requirements : Experience in HR minimum 2 -4 YearsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment lawExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
