- Deliver and manage provision of SECC’s consultation services to SECC clients with emphasis on organizational performance and process improvement
- Manage and coach on large-scale transformation programs and projects
- Identify, design, and implement creative solutions and services to help clients tackle critical issues
- Participate in creating and building business opportunities and proposals
- Develop relevant training materials and deliver related training courses
- Participate in capacity building activities for department resources
- Manage and implement projects for developing service-support products
- Develop knowledge assets and participate in IT community events and talks
Minimum 15-year experience in Software and IT industry with proven experience in a Consulting environment working closely with IT industry clients.Minimum 10-year experience in project managementMinimum 10-year experience in processes of software development and/or IT service management and in models, approaches, and frameworks such as CMMI, ITIL, Togaf, Cobit, Six Sigma, etc.Management skillsExcellent training skillsSelf-motivated, hard worker, with high ability to work across teams driving cross-functional / cross-groups technical discussionsHigh analytical skills Excellent communication skills (Oral, Written & Presentations) in English AND ArabicAbility to travel abroad and domestically
