Job Description:
- Coordinating with the Drivers
- Responsible for the warehousing
- Responsible for collecting money
- Coordinate export activities including order processing, documentation, and shipment scheduling.
- Communicate with customers, Production, and freight forwarders to ensure smooth execution of export orders.
- Prepare and review export documentation such as commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin…...ect.
- Ensure compliance with export regulations and requirements of destination countries.
- Coordinate with quality control and logistics teams to maintain product quality and timely delivery.
- Track shipments and provide status updates to customers as needed.
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to export orders.
- Maintain accurate records of export transactions and documentation.
- Assist in the development and implementation of export procedures and policies.
- Stay informed about changes in export regulations and industry trends.
- Handle any other tasks related to his role.
ERP KnowledgeLogistics ExperiencePreferred experience in the retail field.High Organizational skills and the ability to multitask.Advanced MS Office application user.Very good communication skills.Graduate only.males only.
