As a Design Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction package design process across various regions including the North Coast, Alexandria, and Alamein. Your role involves managing design quality, reviewing shop drawings, coordinating with various trades, and ensuring the consistency of design concepts throughout the design and construction phases. Manage the Construction Package design process in all PHD areas, including the North Coast, Alexandria, and Alamein regions.

Respond to Requests for Information (RFI) related to the Construction Package in projects.

Review all shop drawings for various trades involved in the projects.

Review the Issued For Construction (IFC) package from consultants, covering Architectural, Structural, Landscape, and MEP aspects.

Coordinate activities between Architectural, Landscape, and infrastructure works.

Conduct inspections and prepare snag lists for units before submission to the handing over department.

Review all modifications requested by clients in the North Coast, Alexandria, and Alamein areas.

Ensure the maintenance of design concept quality throughout the design and construction phases in the specified areas.

Generate follow-up reports to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to execution and quality control in the North Coast, Alexandria, and Alamein regions.

Approve finishing materials and color schemes for external work based on design specifications.

Identify commonly used project items for consolidation to secure the best bulk deals and reduce costs.
