Job Role : provides manufacturing engineering expertise in project identification and project delivery across our global processes.

Job Responsibilities :  

• Leads the orderly progression of projects from the proposal stage through project completion by interacting with technical & business development staff
• Lead cross functional project with internal and external functions 
• Conceive, specify and validate the manufacturing processes of the new products/projects for assembly, testing or painting, in respect for the quality, deadline, cost, safety and environment constraints
• Plan and schedule various purchased sub-components needed to build prototypes for new programs
• Work with suppliers to establish the appropriate delivery schedules for individual components, specifying quantity and frequency targeting Just-in-Time delivery
• A track record of delivering engineering capital projects and increasing operational efficiencies of equipment gained within a highly Manufacturing environment Knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) so
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks based on demand is required
• Knowledge of Hygienic Engineering methodology
• Maintain accurate open Purchase Order lines to define the inbound quantities and due dates from vendors, identify system demand or BOM issues, and resolve inventory discrepancies on ERP System .
• Maintain master data parameters to ensure accurate signals for quantity and dates generated .
• The Key responsibility includes commitment to ensure timely completion of the project within approved budgets on cost, resources without compromising on Quality & Safety.
