- Candidate Sourcing:
- Use various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
- Job Posting and Advertising:
- Write and post job descriptions on various platforms (company website, job boards, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Optimize job postings to enhance visibility and attract suitable candidates.
- Screening and Interviewing:
- Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates' skills and experience.
- Candidate Experience:
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Communicate promptly with candidates, providing updates and feedback.
- Guide candidates through the hiring process, ensuring a smooth transition from application to onboarding.
- Collaboration with Dept. Managers:
- Work closely with Dept. managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
- Provide guidance and support to Dept. managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist in the development of job descriptions and specifications.
- Employer Branding:
- Promote the company as an employer of choice through various channels.
- Participate in and organize job fairs, career events, and networking events.
- Enhance the company's online presence and reputation.
- Data Management and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of candidates and recruitment activities.
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire and source of hire.
- Compliance:
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with local employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive candidate information.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, or Recruiter.Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools, including social media platforms.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Strong organizational and time management skills.Experience in recruiting for healthcare industryExperience with employer branding and talent marketing.
