Graphic Design Creation:
● Design and produce a wide range of visual materials, such as logos,
brochures, websites, advertisements, social media content, and product
packaging.
● Ensure all design elements adhere to brand guidelines and project
requirements.

User Experience (UX) & User Interface (UI) Design (for digital designers):● Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for websites, apps, and otherdigital platforms.● Conduct user research and usability testing to refine designs and ensureoptimal user experiences.Prototyping and Mockups:● Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize design ideasbefore they are finalized.● Present design drafts to clients or stakeholders for feedback and revisions.Software Proficiency:● Utilize design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator,InDesign), Figma, Sketch, or AutoCAD for digital, graphic, and productdesign tasks.● Stay updated on new design technologies and trends to continuallyimprove design work.Video Production:● Plan, film, and direct video content. This can include live shoots,animations, or a combination of both.● Manage camera work, lighting, and audio during shoots, ensuring highproduction quality.● Coordinate and direct actors, presenters, or models during video shoots ifnecessary.Editing and Post-Production:● Use software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, orAfter Effects to edit raw footage, add effects, and create animations ormotion graphics.● Incorporate music, sound effects, color correction, and transitions toenhance the final video.Animation and Motion Graphics:● Create 2D or 3D animations, motion graphics, and visual effects toenhance the storytelling process.● Work with tools like After Effects, Blender, or Cinema 4D for animated orcomposited elements in video production.Content Optimization:● Optimize videos for different platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)by adjusting formats, resolutions, and aspect ratios.● Ensure videos are formatted for the specific technical requirements ofdifferent platforms and devices.Preferred Qualifications:● Education: Bachelor’s degree in film, video production, multimediadesign, or related field & graphic design, fine arts, web design.● Experience: 2-5 years of experience in video production, editing, motiongraphics & graphic design● Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing previous video projects, includinganimation, live-action, and motion graphics.
