- Design and deliver internal training programs as per TNA.
- Participate in annual training planning, including the execution and follow-through of training and development plans for employees and management.
- Support the line manager and proactively identify the changing needs and business challenges related to employees (i.e., performance, engagement, etc.).
- Support career development plans for existing individuals, departments, and organizational levels.
- Contribute in setting the annual training budget.
- Conduct regular needs survey to identify training requirements and address skill gaps
- Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to ensure continuous improvement
- Initiate new programs to develop learning culture and link it with departmental objectives.
- Update and develop competency framework
- Performs other related duties as assigned by line manager
6 to 8 years of progressive relevant work experience.BSc/BA in Business, Psychology or a related field.Advanced English language skill.Previous L&D experience with track history of training delivery.Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen.
