- Design and develop mechanical systems and components, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems
- Create detailed 2D and 3D models, drawings, and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct feasibility studies and analyze data to determine the viability and performance of mechanical systems and components
- Perform calculations and simulations to evaluate the strength, stability, and performance of mechanical systems and components
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, electrical engineers, and project managers, to ensure the successful integration of mechanical systems and components
- Provide technical support and guidance to manufacturing and construction teams during the fabrication and installation of mechanical systems and components
- Conduct tests and experiments to validate the performance and reliability of mechanical systems and components
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in mechanical engineering and apply them to improve the design and performance of mechanical systems and components
